Heirloom photos

table that   Ed and Fannie Elkins brought with them on the train in 1912 when they moved from Kentucky to Bloominton, Texas Bookshelf that Lee Miller put together from a kit that came with a set of encycloopedias in 1957.  Wooden bowl and fruit from the Phillipines 1967.  Little wooden box on bottom shelf belonged to Jesse (Red) Thomas.  Small glass bottle on second shelf on right a gift from Sorority sister Genevieve from Egypt. Girrafe on top, Ostrich egg on second shelf riht, and beaded elephant on third shelf are from South Africa. Singer sewing machine bought in Lubbock Texas in June of 1965 Pie Safe bought in Indiana  about 1970.  Found it in an antique shop and Jerry refinished it. Bought by Frank and Della Johnson shortly after their wedding in 1903.  It was second hand at the time that they bought it.  When Grandma Johnson broke up her housekeeping it went to the home of Jesse (Red) and Erna Mae Thomas.In 19...
