Bookshelf that Lee Miller put together from a kit that came with a set of encycloopedias in 1957.  Wooden bowl and fruit from the Phillipines 1967.  Little wooden box on bottom shelf belonged to Jesse (Red) Thomas.  Small glass bottle on second shelf on right a gift from Sorority sister Genevieve from Egypt. Girrafe on top, Ostrich egg on second shelf riht, and beaded elephant on third shelf are from South Africa.

Pie Safe bought in Indiana  about 1970.  Found it in an antique shop and Jerry refinished it.



Bought by Frank and Della Johnson shortly after their wedding in 1903.  It was second hand at the time that they bought it.  When Grandma Johnson broke up her housekeeping it went to the home of Jesse (Red) and Erna Mae Thomas.In 1977 it went to the home of Betty and Jerry Thomas in Victoria, Texas
Thomas Family clock.  Was in Robert Thomas home in Profit Texas then in the home of Jesse (Red) and Erna Mae Thomas in Olney, Tx  until Erna Mae's death in 1985.  At that time it went to the home of Betty and Jerry Thomas in Premont, Texas

Erna Mae Thomas' Singer Sewing Machine.   The glass jars were Erna Mae's button jars.

Miller Family Radio.  We listened to a lot of country western music.  And my Daddy Lee Miller always listened to the fights  (Boxing) from  Madison Square Garden in New York City .

Wooden shadow box bought by Jerry Thomas in Tomball, Texas in 1996. 

Whatnot shelf build by my Daddy, Lee Miller in 1957 for my Mother, Flossie Miller.  The cats on the top shelf were a gift to me (Betty Thomas) from my father-in-law, Jesse (Red) Thomas for Christmas in 1963. The figurines on top shelf were made by Erna Mae Thomas in early 70's.  The tea set on the bottom shelf was a Christmas present from My first grade teacher, Mrs. Smith  ,  The little blue pitcher was given to me by my Grandma Miller when I was little.  The wood rocking chair was Mama's , she got it in Kentucky.   The gold clock and elephant were my Mama's.  The black tea pot and plate were from Grannie Thomas.  Big Mama Thompson (sister of my grandmother, Lydia Miller) gave me the figurines.
